winter spiced apple and parsnip soup served with warm artisan bread OR Roasted Butternut squash arancini with rocket
Main:
Meat - stuffed, hazelnut crusted chicken roulade with sweet potato puree, roast heritage potatoes, honey roast veg & a creamy white wine gravy Fish - roasted salmon with pomegranate, fennel and rosemary served with herb buttered potatoes, sweet potato puree and the roast veg Vegan - hearty homemade vegan pot pie sage pastry, maple roasted veg and roast heritage potatoes
Dessert: Pears poached in spiced rum with vanilla ice cream and a ginger walnut crumb.
